I must admit, my past experiences with reiki were not worth mentioning and as a result I was a little skeptical about seeing Elaine. However, my wife came home one evening after having a session with her and convinced me that I really needed to go. I'm an extremely anxious person. My mind never rests. I haven't had a good night's sleep for a long time. I'm constantly dreaming to the point where I feel that my dreams disrupt my sleep time and don't allow me to fully rest. I wake up every morning feeling like I didn't go to bed at all. In the first minute of meeting Elaine I instantly felt relaxed.
