CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENT:
Please note that all appointments are secured by payment within 24 hours of your agreed upon appointment date and time with Energy & Karmic Healing with Elaine.  Appointments will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Payment may be made via e-transfer to ekhealing37@gmail.com. Once payment is received, your appointment will be officially confirmed.  You will then receive further details regarding location, prep and so forth.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy:

 

**Appointments canceled WITH MORE THAN 24 hours' notice**

You may cancel with full refund OR reschedule your appointment without penalty.

 

**Appointments canceled WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled time**

No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment.
