The idea that you are not your thoughts can be challenging to accept, yet it opens the door to profound self-discovery. In this Power Guidance Session, explore the distinctions between the Ego, the Painbody, the Higher Self, and Source. Learn to recognize when one “voice” is taking control in a negative way and how to realign with your true self. By understanding these aspects, you’ll gain a sense of inner strength, self-worth, and deep peace. Free yourself from negative thoughts and struggle, and embrace self-love, recognizing that you are more than your body and mind—you are spirit having a temporary physical experience, and your natural state is love. Your emotions and body serve as a powerful guidance system. Mastering this inner language will set you free from self-imposed limitations. You are not your thoughts, you are the creator of your thoughts. Become the Master, not the Servant. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
