Service Description
In The Chakras 101 Power Guidance session, you’ll be introduced to the powerful chakra system, a network of seven main energy centers located along the spine that influence your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This session offers a clear overview of each chakra—starting with the Root Chakra at the base of the spine, which governs grounding and security, up to the Crown Chakra at the top of the head, linked to spiritual connection. You’ll learn to recognize signs of imbalance in each chakra, such as feeling disconnected from others when the Heart Chakra is blocked or experiencing creative blocks when the Sacral Chakra is imbalanced. Alongside this foundational knowledge, you’ll receive practical tips for rebalancing these energy centers, such as visualization techniques, affirmations, and simple lifestyle adjustments that align with each chakra’s unique energy. This Power Guidance session equips you with the tools to begin harmonizing your chakras, helping you feel more grounded, open, and aligned in all aspects of life. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. **Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
