Service Description
Self-healing is an essential practice for supporting the body’s natural ability to restore and maintain health. By tuning into our body's signals, harnessing our inner resources, and working with the chakra system, we can unlock a profound capacity for healing. In this Intro to Self-Healing Power Guidance session, you’ll learn tools and techniques to become a powerful co- creator on your healing journey, tapping into the mind-body connection and the energy centers, or chakras, that influence your overall wellness. Each chakra corresponds to specific mental, emotional and physical aspects, and learning to balance these centers can help clear blockages and promote harmony. This session will guide you through visualization, mindfulness, energy work, breathwork and more to release stored stress and blockages in the chakras, which may be impacting your body and spirit. As you align with these self-healing techniques, you’ll gain insight into your body’s messages and needs, fostering a deeper sense of healing, balance, resilience, and empowerment in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
