In this Power Guidance Session on Powerful Meditation & Mindfulness Tips, you’ll discover how simple and accessible these practices can be—and how transformative they are for your mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Meditation and mindfulness are profound tools for cultivating inner peace, reducing stress, and staying present in a fast-paced world. By grounding yourself in the present moment, you create a fertile space for healing and manifestation. Releasing worries about the past or future allows you to shed emotional blocks, promoting deep inner healing, while connecting with your inner wisdom aligns your energy with your intentions. This session will provide easy-to-follow techniques that fit seamlessly into your daily life, helping you calm the mind, heighten awareness, and unlock a sense of balance and clarity. By integrating these practices, you’ll not only enhance your ability to calm your mind and heal but also harness the power of focused intention to manifest your desires with ease and confidence. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
