In this Power Guidance Session on Intro to The Mind-Body Connection, we’ll explore the profound relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being, drawing on spiritual insights, chakra wisdom, and the transformative teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dolores Cannon, both well known for their work in neuroscience and quantum healing. Few people understand that our organs in the body are intricate "mini-universes," each with its own intelligence, purpose, and interconnectedness. By accessing higher consciousness and aligning your thoughts and emotions with higher frequencies, you can activate your body’s innate ability to heal, prevent disease, and maintain balance. This introduction session will guide you in understanding how each chakra corresponds to specific areas of the body and how mindful focus, intention and gratitude can recalibrate these energy centers for optimal health. With practical tools and empowering perspectives, you’ll deepen your connection between mind and body, unlocking your potential for healing, vitality, and spiritual alignment. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. **Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
