Service Description
In this Power Guidance Session, we address a common challenge: learning not to take things personally when others speak from anger, judgment, ignorance, or their own insecurities. We delve into the emotional and energetic patterns that cause us to internalize others’ words, actions, and negative energy. You’ll gain effective strategies to protect yourself emotionally and mentally, allowing you to remain detached, compassionate, and non-judgmental toward both yourself and others. Think of this session as a life playbook, where everything starts to make sense. Through a blend of discussion, practical exercises, and spiritual practices like meditation, mindfulness, and energetic shielding, you’ll learn how to move beyond taking things personally and stand strong in your own energy. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
