n this Power Guidance Session, we explore what it truly means to “raise your vibration” and how it relates to the quality of your thoughts and emotions. Raising your vibration involves releasing lower-frequency emotions like guilt, anger, regret, sadness, and unworthiness, centering yourself in the present, letting go of the past, cultivating self-worth, and practicing daily gratitude. It’s about discovering peace and happiness within, regardless of external circumstances or the people around you. You’ll gain insight into the power of your thoughts and the universal principle that like attracts like, revealing how we draw experiences that reflect our mindset. Through a blend of discussion, practical exercises, and actionable tools, this session empowers you to begin manifesting the happiness you both desire and deserve. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
