Service Description
In this Power Guidance Session on Habits, Beliefs, and Choices – Breaking the Chains, we’ll explore how to reclaim your power by transforming unconscious patterns into conscious choices. Habits are often rooted in ingrained beliefs, but once you bring them into awareness, they become a choice rather than an automatic response. Remember, you are not your thoughts—you are the creator of them. Nothing in life has built-in meaning; we assign meaning based on our perspective. Shifting that perspective opens the door to freedom and empowerment. Many of our beliefs stem from influences like parents, teachers, and societal norms. While some serve us, others may need to be released to create space for new beliefs aligned with our highest good. Choice is your birthright, and through this session, you’ll uncover tools and insights to break free from limiting patterns, embrace empowering perspectives, and live with clarity and purpose. Sessions Available: Private one-on-one - $120 Small group experiences for 2-4 people (perfect for family or friends) - $90 per person, Small workshop groups for 5-8 participants - $75 per person. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy** At Energy and Karmic Healing with Elaine, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate everyone and to respect both my time and yours, please review the following cancellation policy: **Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice**: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. **Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time**: No refund will be issued. However, I offer a one-time courtesy reschedule for such cancellations. The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to attend the rescheduled session or canceling it again will result in forfeiture of payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
